Climate: February is a wonderful month to visit Palm Springs. The average morning temperature is 47 degrees Fahrenheit or 8 Celsius. The sun rises at 6:30 am. Mid-day the temperature hits a high of 75 degrees Fahrenheit or 23 Celsius. 

Attire (Evening): Business casual attire, including collared sport shirts, sweaters, slacks, skirts/skorts and walking shorts. 

AIRFARE

All attendees of the ProAlliance Distribution Leadership Forum are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Palm Springs, CA. When booking your flights, please keep in mind that you should schedule to arrive to the hotel prior to 5:00 pm on February 22nd. Ground transportation will be provided from the airport to the resort. Upon completion of your registration, the PROAlliance Event Concierge will be in contact with you to confirm your flight itinerary to coordinate the appropriate transportation for you.

AIRPORT INFORMATION

The Palm Springs Regional Airport (PSP) is located approximately 20 miles (27 minutes) from the LaQuinta Resort & Club. The Ontario International Airport is approximately 90 miles from the resort.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Ground transportation will be provided from the Palm Springs Regional Airport to and from the LaQuinta Resort & Club. During registration, you will be asked to confirm your specific ground transfer needs. Please note if you are planning on arriving before or departing after the program dates, transportation to and from the resort will not be provided. Upon arrival at the airport, staff displaying PROAlliance placards will meet you outside the baggage claim area. They will assist with the collection of your luggage and will escort you to waiting transportation. 

Transportation will be provided to all sponsored events and activities. 

ATV Excursion (2/23 only)

Hot Air Ballooning (2/24 only)

Guests can greet the sun or bid it farewell as they float effortlessly through beautiful desert skies above Palm Springs! This is one of the most peaceful and surreal experiences of a lifetime. Guests will view breathtaking landscapes and will have the opportunity to see local vineyards, polo fields, world famous golf courses, sprawling estates, and colorful orchards from the peaceful skies above. 

Golf at Quinta Resort Mountain Course (2/23 only)

Designed by Pete Dye, this course is unique for its playability and breathtaking visuals. This demanding Mountain course features rock formations and pot bunkers, as well as well bunkered greens. Make your way to the elevated tee box of the famous 16th hole and marvel at the majesty of this course, which has been named one of Golf Magazine’s Top 100 You Can Play. 

Golf at La Quinta Resort Dunes Course (2/24 only)

At par-72 this championship course, designed by Pete Dye, is characterized by Scottish-links-style fairways and thick, unforgiving rough. Relax on this leisurely round and take in the dramatic scenery surrounding you. Long hitters will love the spectacular left-turning fairway with an attractive green on the signature 17th hole. Excellent for fulfilling your shot making capabilities and the ideal way to warm up for our Stadium Course at PGA WEST. 

Tennis 

Practice your backhand on the pristine tennis courts or take a lesson through a top rated tennis program run by our USPTA certified staff. Available for all skill levels on our 21 tennis and 8 pickleball courts. 

With 21 tennis courts to choose from, play a competitive game of tennis on one of our pristine courts while the calm Californian breeze cools you down.
